Madhav Marbles and Granites(down 5.75%) and Lexus Granito(down 4.92%) have been among the many prime losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 143.1 factors up at 16132.9, whereas the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 427.49 factors at 54178.46.
Hindalco Industries(up 6.07%), Titan Firm Ltd(up 5.66%), Tata Metal(up 4.88%), JSW Metal(up 3.62%), Larsen & Toubro(up 3.53%), Tata Motors(up 3.48%), UPL Ltd(up 3.06%), IndusInd Financial institution(up 2.92%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 2.6%) and Bharat Petroleum Company(up 2.52%) stood among the many prime gainers within the Nifty pack.
However, Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 1.22%), Cipla(down 1.09%), Bharti Airtel(down 1.03%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.02%), Nestle India(down 1.0%), Reliance Industries(down 0.98%), Bajaj Finance(down 0.95%), Britannia Industries(down 0.54%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 0.51%) and Bajaj Finserv(down 0.51%) closed within the pink.
