Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had an epic meltdown Wednesday after she was heckled by comic Alex Stein on the Capitol steps. Ocasio-Cortez wrote that she needed to “deck” Stein. Later she spoke to a reporter and posted a streaming video in regards to the incident the place she accused Capitol Cops of conspiring with the January sixth rioters.
Politico’s Nicholas Wu posted an announcement by the Capitol Police issued Thursday stating police stopped Stein and did a legal background test on him. Stein was not arrested as a result of he didn’t break the legislation by heckling Ocasio-Cortez and he had no warrants for his arrest.
